Bird on a Bike

Sunday evening, while out to eat with dear friends, we happened upon this little guy tethered to a motorcycle.
Not sure if it's humane or not. But we watched as the bike's/bird's owner came out and drove away. The bird slid into the shelter of the windshield. Seemed comfy.
