Hail, Camp Swoneky

I spent a lovely day yesterday at one of my favorite places on earth: The Salvation Army's Camp Swoneky, near Lebanon.

I had the honor of speaking three times to the assembled officers (pastors) of the Swoneky division on the subject of self-care. We met in the beautiful, expanded, and highly adaptable dining hall:

Just before lunch we all had some time for reflection. I took a walk, and one of my stops was to say a prayer of thanks at the spot where the lovely Robin and I shared our first kiss.

It was a wonderful day, thanks to God, the Majors Foreman, and the officers of the Swoneky division.
