I came across this distinctive structure on a walk around downtown Spokane, Washington. Clearly, it is the home of The Plaster Shop, Inc. But I'd love to know what it was BEFORE. A retail dairy outlet? Ice cream shop? Inquiring minds want to know.

It was a retail location for the Benewah Dairy Company. The other bottle still exists as well:
